Return and Warranty Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases while also protecting our company from misuse or unfair claims. Please read our Return & Warranty Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

 1.       Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery under our conditional return policy. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Approval: All returns require prior authorization from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or only partially credited.
  • Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping, customs, brokerage, and handling fees. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain products.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued as store credit only. Store credits cannot be applied toward shipping, handling, customs, or brokerage fees.
  • Free shipping orders: If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit, in addition to return shipping costs.
  • Final inspection: All returned products will be inspected. Approval of any return is at the sole discretion of the seller/vendor.

⚠️ Note: If a customer ships products back without contacting us first, or after the 7-day period, only 50% store credit of the item’s original value (excluding shipping) will be issued.

2.       Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or size, you may request an exchange. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns. A shipping and handling fee may apply for the exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance/discounted or final sale products
  • Gift cards or digital items
  • Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or missing original packaging/accessories

4. Warranty

  • All products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship only.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • Our company does not provide additional warranties. Claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer.

5. Claim Process

To initiate a return, exchange, or warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and issue details.
  2. Wait for instructions and authorization before returning any items.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  4. After inspection, we will issue store credit, replacement, or repair depending on eligibility.

 6. Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. Risk of loss remains with the customer until the product is received and inspected.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping/handling/customs fees associated with returns or exchanges.

7. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, email or call us with your order number. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Ø  Before tracking number issued: $5.00 CAD

Ø  After tracking number issued but before shipping: 5% of order value

Ø  After shipping: 10% of order value + shipping costs

  • Refunds are in store credit only.
  • For credit card orders, an additional 5% transaction fee applies.
  • Orders/items cannot be held for longer than 24 hours. Changes must be made within this timeframe.
  • If only part of an order is canceled due to stock shortages, refunds will be issued for unavailable items only.
  • Stringing Services: Rackets that have already been strung will be subject to the full stringing fee based on the selected strings.
